Warehouse Manager - Industrial Hardware - Base Salary to 100k/year - Santa Fe Springs, CA
  • Founded over 40 years ago, our client in the industrial hardware space provides solutions for industrial OEMs and distributors. This family-owned company has become one of the best-known companies in their space in North America!
  • They are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join their CA team. This position will entail managing the current team of 4 (1 Production Manager and 3 Crew members).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage current team of 4 employees in the Santa Fe Springs location warehouse.
  • Hire additional crew members as the company continues grow
  • Full responsibility for Day-to-Day Operations, Inventory Management, Production Management, Facilities Management and Safety in the Warehouse
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency targets are met
  • Ability to work occasional Saturdays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of industrial Warehouse Management experience
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the industrial hardware industry
  • Experience working as a 2nd-time Leader
  • Must perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job including but not limited to: ERP Program, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Various freight software, UPS Worldship, BOL’ s
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Compensation:
  • Base salary in the 80k – 100k/year range
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k (match)
