Warehouse Manager - Industrial Hardware - Base Salary to 100k/year - Santa Fe Springs, CA
- Founded over 40 years ago, our client in the industrial hardware space provides solutions for industrial OEMs and distributors. This family-owned company has become one of the best-known companies in their space in North America!
- They are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join their CA team. This position will entail managing the current team of 4 (1 Production Manager and 3 Crew members).
Responsibilities:
- Manage current team of 4 employees in the Santa Fe Springs location warehouse.
- Hire additional crew members as the company continues grow
- Full responsibility for Day-to-Day Operations, Inventory Management, Production Management, Facilities Management and Safety in the Warehouse
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency targets are met
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial Warehouse Management experience
- Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the industrial hardware industry
- Experience working as a 2nd-time Leader
- Must perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job including but not limited to: ERP Program, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Various freight software, UPS Worldship, BOL’s
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k – 100k/year range
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k (match)
