Territory Sales Representative - Truck and Trailer Manufacturer - Base Salary to 70k/year - Gallatin, TN

  • Our client manufactures high-quality truck bodies and trailers for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and farming.
  • They are currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative for their team in Gallatin. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for regional sales in TN.  This is a hybrid remote role - local travel and on site

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new markets, potential partnerships, and find opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Create and utilize monthly sales forecasts to identify and grow sales
  • Contribute valuably to daily sales meeting and plan
  • Estimate date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules
  • Enter new customer data, log daily activity into a CRM
  • Prepare sales quotes to ensure proper manufacturing of the purchased product
  • Reach and exceed goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
  • Work with production and engineering to identify innovation trends and business opportunities to ensure delivery of a premier product

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of how to prioritize time and tasks in addition to managing a calendar and schedule flexibility
  • Responsible for, and prefer experience in, developing one’s travel schedule to include confirmed introductions with new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 50k - 70k/year range, plus uncapped commission and accelerators
  • PTO, paid holidays, paid sick days
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • 100% 401K match up to 6%
