Territory Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - New York, NY

  • Our client is a well-known HVAC manufacturer and servicing company has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Representative, to handle a territory of New York City and surrounding areas. The team operates as a tight-knit group are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture. They are looking for someone that brings a wealth of HVAC knowledge as well as service sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing in new business accounts through maintenance contracts, repairs, parts, energy efficiency, etc. Our client has top of the line technicians to support the team and are looking for a Territory Sales Representative that will put the customer first. The Territory Sales Representative will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers' mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 5+ years of proven success in HVAC sales. In this position, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and finding new customers. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: 

  • Our client is offering a a base salary in the 90k - 120k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, travel reimbursement, PTO, great company culture and much more.
