Territory Sales Representative - Industrial Products – Base Salary to 80k/year – Minneapolis, MN

  • Our client is a large Midwest fastener supplier works with clients between $250k-$5MM with account size.  They are in the market for a Territory Sales Representative to be based out of Minneapolis area servicing a territory that covers Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.  This person needs to be used to selling into manufacturers and working with office personnel in securing sales.   

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on customer retention by advancing existing customer relationships at all levels within the customer’s organization and by hosting strategic business reviews with key customers
  • Expand “share of wallet” sales at existing customers by regularly adding new components through supply chain solution-services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant new account opportunities and keep them updated in the company CRM tool
  • Follow a defined sales process and participate in all weekly, quarterly & annual sales calls / meetings

Qualifications:  2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably selling in the industrial fasteners market. The candidate should have a proven track record of sales success selling in person throughout the Midwest.

Compensation: The compensation plan offers a base salary in the 65k - 80k/year range, plus a bonus plan along with other perks including car allowance and benefits.
