Territory Sales Representative - Industrial Equipment - Base plus Commission, with total earnings up to $150k, Incentives, Benefits. Cleveland, OH.

  • Our client, a leading manufacturer’s rep firm in the industrial equipment market, has an immediate need for an accomplished Territory Sales Representative to be based out of the Cleveland, OH area.
  • Our client has been in business for more than 40 years, and has an exceptional reputation for representing many of the top manufacturers in the world.  The company offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and a family-oriented corporate culture.   
  • In this role, the Territory Sales Rep will work remotely, primarily in the Cleveland/Akron area, and will be responsible for managing and developing an existing base of accounts in the steel, industrial, petrochemical, natural gas, and manufacturing sectors.  The Territory Rep will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with new customers.  They will promote several industrial product lines and, as an industry expert, provide customized solutions to a broad client base. The territory has lots of potential, so our client is looking for a Territory Rep who will take full ownership of their role and really drive growth.

Compensation will include a strong base salary up to $80k, plus a lucrative commission package that will take first year earnings north of $100k.  The company also offers an expense account, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, generous paid time off, and more.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of outside industrial sales experience. The candidate should have a proven track record of sales success and a strong mechanical aptitude.
