Territory Sales Representative – Outdoor Design – Base Salary to 75k/year – Bayville, NJ
- Our client carries a wide range of quality landscaping products, including natural and manufactured stone, pavers, concrete, artificial turf, and other unique materials for all your outdoor design projects. Their team collaborates with homeowners and contractors to provide ideas and solutions for outdoor renovations, upgrades, and maintenance. They are a family owned and operated company experiencing growth and in need of an outside sales rep to take them to the next level.
- The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Representative will be to partner with the inside sales team to cultivate new relationships and expand business with the 500+ current contractors the company currently has done business with. The primary territory for this role is the Jersey Shore so someone located within an hour will be crucial to success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of outside selling experience within the building products industry/construction industry
- Team & Goal-Oriented Mentality
- Strong Time Management Skills
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 75k/year, dependent on experience
- Incentive Plan – Commission on every sale
- Vehicle Allowance
- 50% Benefits Covered by Company
- 401k with 4% match
- PTO

What did you want to be when you grew up?
From the time I was a baby, I always had this tiny pink basketball in my hand and a smile on my face. When I started to grow out of that tiny pink ball, I upgraded to an actual basketball and I dribbled it every day to elementary school with that same smile on my face. So obviously, my dream was to be a WNBA player! Unfortunately, I wasn’t THAT good. I played in college and had the opportunity to coach at the collegiate level which ended up being an even bigger dream come true. I learned my true passion was for people and helping them reach their goals, which essentially lead me to this career in recruiting. Now, I don’t dribble my ball to work every day, but I do come to work with a SMILE every day!
