- Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for a Territory Sales Representative (internally titled Service Maintenance Sales Representative), to handle a territory out of the Dallas, TX area. Our client has a strong background in customer satisfaction, and is a top player in the HVAC industry. They are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture. They operate as a tight knit group and people who work there, love it!
- In this position, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, as well as handling renewals on service agreements. The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s lead sales professional in developing and implementing new growth strategies as well as learning minor HVAC knowledge. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary ranging from 60k – 75k/year and an uncapped commission structure that will take earnings north of 100k in your first year.
