Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Equipment Manufacturer - Base to 55k + Lucrative Commission + Benefits. Midwest Territory - Chicago, IL

  • Our client is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of industrial equipment, who is looking to add to their expanding sales team. They are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover a large multi-state territory in the midwestern United States.  An ideal home base would be Chicago, IL, but anywhere in the IL, WI, IA, area would be fine as long as it’s near a major airport.
  • The company has been in business for over 100 years and has recently entered a period of rapid expansion in the United States. This is a dynamic organization that has been focused on gaining market share in addition to maintaining a customer focused culture. They’re dedicated to providing their employees with a flexible work/life balance and opportunities for growth.
  • In this position the Territory Sales Manager will take over an existing territory to maintain sales pipelines, maintain current customer/prospect communication, and oversee project completion to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote based position calling on wholesalers, fabrication shops, manufacturers, and distributors. The company will provide extensive mentorship and training to all new employees.

Compensation: The company offers a base salary of up to $55k, with a lucrative commission plan taking total earnings north of $100k. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision), 401k, paid time off, and full expenses paid for travel.
