- They are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their team. In this role, the Technical Support Representative will be responsible for offering top-notch telephone and email troubleshooting and technical support for their cutting-edge air and liquid cooled process chillers. Collaborating closely with customers, field service technicians, and internal teams, the Technical Support Representative will ensure seamless operations and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support incoming technical calls
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions
- Prepare submittals, technical drawings, and equipment mechanical manuals
- Provide technical support pertaining to installation questions and troubleshooting
- Functional test stand operation of new machines for QA, safety, and capacity
- Some business travel for select trade shows, customer visits, and technical support
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Interest and experience in system design
- Management experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 70k – 85k/year range, plus bonuses
