Technical Sales Representative - Injection Molding - Base Salary to 80k/year - Chicago, IL

• Our client, an Injection Molding Equipment and Service provider is seeking to add a Technical Sales Representative to their remote team! Candidates must reside in the CST or EST time zones for full consideration for this position.
  
• In this role, the Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for hunting and landing new business accounts and creating sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Hunt new business across the US
  
• Land new accounts
  
• Build and manage client relationships
  
• Manage clients in CRM
  
• Manage sales funnel and pipeline
  
• Close deals

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Sales Experience
  
• Degreed Engineer (Mechanical Engineering preferred, or Polymer/Plastics degree)
  
• Experience working or interning at plastics companies is a plus
  
• Understanding of plastics resins and potentially the Capital Equipment space
  
• Technical aptitude
• Must be open to 50% - 60% travel

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 80k/year
