Surety Account Manager - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 130k/year - Belmont, CA

• Our client, a reputable, close-knit 50+ year insurance agency has an immediate need for a Surety Account Manager in the Belmont, CA area. They provide personal & commercial insurance, and contractor bonds.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and servicing surety bond clients, usually contractors, municipalities, schools, etc.
• Processing and issuance of surety bonds
• Overseeing the work of the team
• Have daily communication with clients and bond underwriters
• Managing direct/indirect reports (2)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of surety bond experience.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 130k/year range plus bonuses and a full benefits package including medical, dental, HSA, PTO, and 401k.
• This role is in office M-F with flexible Friday hours.
