Subcontractor Coordinator - Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 65k/year - Fredericksburg, TX

• The Subcontractor Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining a dependable network of qualified subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Develop, expand, and maintain a reliable subcontractor network.
  
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and contract distribution.
  
• Track subcontractor insurance, licenses, and required safety documents.
  
• Request, collect, and organize bids based on project and house plans.
  
• Review bids for accuracy and alignment with scopes of work.
  
• Assist in value engineering and estimating tasks as needed.
  
• Maintain updated cost data and subcontractor pricing.
  
• Communicate project requirements, schedules, and expectations to subcontractors.
  
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, the builder, and internal teams.
  
• Assist in resolving conflicts, schedule impacts, or scope clarifications.
  
• Provide timely updates on subcontractor performance, project risks, and potential delays.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project coordinator experience on commercial construction projects.
  
• Excellent experience working with subcontractors and building relationships.
  

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 65k/year
