Statutory Staff Accountant - Regional Carrier - Base Salary to 90k/year - Roseville, CA

 
  • Our client, a respected and established 100+ year regional carrier is looking for a Statutory Staff Accountant to join their team in either Reno, Monterey, Phoenix, Spokane, Bakersfield or Roseville.

Responsibilities:
  • The Statutory Staff Accountant will perform activities related to Statutory accounting related to the monthly close process and financial statement preparation. The Statutory Staff Accountant will have a high level of interaction with other members of the finance team to assist in the production and analysis of the monthly financial statements and preparation of the NAIC quarterly and annual financial statements.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Statutory Accounting Insurance experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a business discipline highly preferred.

Compensation:
  • Base salary in the 63k - 90k/year range depending on experience plus profit sharing, bonus & salary increases.

  • Hybrid role at closest location. 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
  • You will receive a laptop, 2 monitors, docking station, phone, keyboard, headset etc. For remote work.
