Shipping Supervisor - Cabinet Manufacturer - Must be Bi-Lingual English/Spanish - Base to $60k Plus Benefits

  • Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-end stock and semi-custom cabinetry, has a need for and experienced Shipping Supervisor to be based out of their Norwalk, CA facility.
  • Our client is a family-owned and operated organization and has been a leader in the cabinet industry for more than 30 years.  The company manufactures all of their products in the USA, and combines innovation with skilled craftsmanship to produce a cost-effective, high-quality product.  The company utilizes cutting-edge materials to ensure environmental sustainability and durable products.
  • In this role, the Shipping Supervisor will coordinate all activities for the shipping department, including assembly, packaging, wrapping, and shipping through third-party providers.  The Shipping Supervisor will be directly responsible for a team of pickers and packers, and will work with the manager to develop work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.  They will hire, train, and manage all department employees and will frequently perform hands-on tasks.  This is a Monday – Friday position with standard work hours of 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.

Compensation includes a base salary up to $60k, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.  The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, generous, PTO, and more.

Requirements:  4+ years of experience leading shipping/logistics operations.  Candidate must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
