Service Manager - Commercial Construction Contractor - Base to $65k + Bonus, Company Vehicle, Gas, Benefits
Our client, a nationwide leader in the commercial construction and building industry, has an immediate need for a Service Manager to work out of their office in the Birmingham/Alabama area. The company has a long track record of success as a leading commercial construction contractor, and a fantastic name in the industry.
As a summary, tasks include:
- Scheduling and providing direction for teams.
- Complete knowledge of products and how products are installed.
- Working closely with customers through installation process from beginning to end.
- Provide proposals and estimates as needed.
- Develop the service department including sales and installation crews.
Compensation for this position will include a solid base salary of $65k. On top of this base salary will be a lucrative commission package that should take a performing rep into the $80k+ range in total annual compensation. Additionally, the company provides a company paid truck, cell phone, laptop, gas card and full comprehensive benefits that will include full healthcare, 401k, paid time off and more.
Requirements: Managing multiple teams within the construction realm, at least 5 years is necessary. Interest in hiring someone with some sales/customer service experience as well. Highly interested in a military background if possible but not required.
