Service Coordinator – Mechanical Servicing Company – Base Salary to 75k/year – Houston, TX
- Our client has been a leader in HVAC solutions for over 40 years. They focus on helping commercial, industrial, and institutional organizations minimize operational costs while maximizing energy efficiency and financial return.
- They are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of their service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to Operations Manager to assist in the deployment of initiatives to field employees.
- Assist in training and support to field employees, including new hire training, deployment of new acquisitions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development of updating procedures and training.
- Provide support in customer service, dispatching, and purchase order writing.
- Provide back-up support for entering tasks and ensuring the tasking inbox is monitored.
- Daily interaction with customers to meet their needs.
- Enter sales orders in Salesforce system and reconcile with ERP system.
- Provide support with warranty issues.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years assisting dispatch
- Ability to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Experience in commercial HVAC dispatch preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 75k/year, depending on experience.
