Senior Property Manager - Commercial Property Management Company - Base Salary to 125k/year - Portsmouth, NH

  • Our client is a commercial building owner and operator that is looking to bring on a Senior Property Manager that will handle their diverse portfolio of commercial, storage, hospitality and residential properties.  The bulk of their properties sit in Maine and New Hampshire.  The organization also has some residential properties in Indiana which will require a little travel with the role.  The company has roughly 20 total properties right now with 4 being in hospitality, 2 in storage and the rest in commercial office building and residential multifamily.  This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager to take a step up in their career as the company continues to grow their portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or College Degree
  • 5+ years experience working in property management with an emphasis in commercial real estate
  • Lease Administration
  • Working with multiple residential buildings is a plus

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 110k – 125k/year range
  • Bonus potential
  • Medical benefits, sick leave and PTO
