Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 150k/year – Waltham, MA

  • This role requires motivation with extensive MEP/FP technical depth, innovation, and a passion for providing the client with an unparalleled experience. As a Senior Project Manager, you must have the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work, be attentive to detail and actively problem solve throughout the entire construction process. You will lead project teams and have accountability for the project’s success. You will be responsible for the financial management of the project, maintain quality assurance, and help build the capabilities of your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the project and ensure financial targets are achieved while maintaining focus on quality & client satisfaction
  • Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
  • Assist in the development of team and junior staff
  • Coordinate resources to meet project milestones
  • Oversee performance of projects including: project status, schedule, cost control and change management
  • Responsible for budget preparation, labor management, cost control, cash flow management, financial track and reporting
  • Frequently look for new ideas, better approaches, and innovative tools that help create stronger solutions for the client & the company as a whole
  • Ensure adherence to company standards of quality, safety and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of industry-specific experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume, fast paced work environment
  • Ability to delegate while maintaining responsibility and accountability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient
  • Strong technical background in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems
  • Computer proficiency

Compensation:

  • Base salary up to 150k/year + Bonus and Benefits
