Senior Process Engineer - Building Materials Manufacturing - Base Salary to 110k/year - Fort Valley, GA
- Our client is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our clients manufacturing team. The Senior Process Engineer will focus on ensuring that production lines operate efficiently and produce high-quality output. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in polymers, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production line performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Conduct real-time root cause analysis for quality or waste issues and implement immediate fixes. Develop and lead projects to address larger challenges in collaboration with maintenance and cross-functional teams.
- Establish, manage, audit, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to optimize workflows and production outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of polymer processes and applications in manufacturing.
- Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of process engineering experience
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 90k - 110k/year range.
