Senior Data Center Estimator - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 150k/year - Ewing, NJ

• Our client, a highly respected HVAC mechanical servicing company and service firm that has been around for 80+ years, is seeking a Senior Data Center Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior mission-critical experience. This newly created and high-impact position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in both developing mechanical systems bids and supporting the business's growth!
  
• The Senior Data Center Estimator will be responsible for creating competitive pricing strategies, shaping proposals, and delivering precise conceptual budgets. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and business insight to produce estimates that enhance profitability and strengthen long-term client partnerships. 

Responsibilities:

• Apply deep technical expertise in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems with specialized experience in mission-critical and data center environments to develop precise, cost-effective solutions.
  
• Lead the preparation of accurate conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and final bids that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, engineers, and project owners to ensure smooth collaboration and repeat project opportunities.
  
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions that address client priorities such as timelines, logistics, and long-term reliability.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/Plumbing estimating
  
• 10+ years of experience estimating Data Centers
  
• Experience working with estimating software
  
• Extensive experience with commercial and industrial mechanical systems, including specialized applications in data centers, healthcare facilities, and research environments

Compensation:

• This position offers a base up to 150k/year, and additional benefits include a comprehensive health plan with 95% coverage by the company, 401k with company match, paid time off, travel reimbursement, and a dynamic, supportive work environment.
