Millwork Project Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 110k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client is a well-established Architectural Millwork and Cabinetry Firm. They are looking for a Millwork Project Manager with a background in construction and manufacturing for their team in Phoenix.
• The Millwork Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all project submittals, samples, and approvals.
• Oversee procurement and release of work orders.
• Track and monitor all change order requests.
• Work with wood veneers and lumber to ensure material compliance.
• Plan, organize, and supervise field operations for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with design and material specifications.
• Perform material takeoffs and field measurements.
• Generate and manage timely material orders before manufacturing begins.
• Coordinate with field teams to align installation schedules with project scope.
• Maintain strict quality control in both manufacturing and on-site installations.
• Document, communicate, and track significant project events and change orders

Qualifications:

• BS degree preferred; relevant experience in project management will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in project management within the commercial millwork or cabinetry industry.
• Strong knowledge of AWI woodworking standards and cost schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience tracking job costs, project budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, ProCore, and CMIC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 110k/year
