Senior Construction Project Manager - Commercial Casework and Millwork - Base Salary to 90k/year - North Kansas City, MO
- Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in casework manufacturing and installation to join their team and collaborate with GCs to drive growth in the Kansas City market. - The Senior Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and key issues while coordinating with clients, GCs, and teams. Responsibilities include manpower planning, preparing Schedules of Values, RFIs, CORs, submittals, and reviewing labor reports to track progress and costs. Strong relationship-building skills and experience in project start-ups, on-site reviews, and ensuring proper materials and tools are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple millwork and casework projects.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Coordinate between clients, shop teams, and subcontractors.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in millwork or fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of casework and architectural millwork.
- Proficiency in project management software.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 65k - 90k/year range
