Senior Benefits Manager - Enabled Insurance Outsourcing – Base Salary to 200k/year – Colorado Springs, CO

  • Our client, a worldwide leader in technology-enabled insurance outsourcing, has an immediate need for a Senior Benefits Manager (internally titled Senior Manager of Benefits Technology Implementation) to join their team. They offer solutions to lower costs, reduce risk, and improve employee productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Benefits Administration Specialists in the U.S and Philippines.
  • Develop and implement new benefits technology and collaborating with agency clients to understand their requirements & provide your expertise.
  • Maintain and create relationships with various employee benefits technology vendors as well as develop training programs for onboarding employees.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Employee Navigator and ease Benefit Administration Systems.
  • Strong understanding of benefit administrative processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Leadership/Management experience in a similar role required.

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 110k – 200k/year range, plus bonus
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, flexible PTO, LT/ST Disability, Paid Holidays, etc.
  • Fully remote role.
