Senior Accountant – Commercial Fabrication – Base Salary to 100k/year – Hanover, PA

• Our client is a solid surface fabrication company working with a variety of materials in the commercial and industrial sectors. They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant for their team in Hanover.
• The Senior Accountant would work directly with the President and serve as a business partner for the General Manager, overseeing all accounting operations and reporting for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the President to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Develop and present financial reports and analyses to aid in decision-making
• Oversee and lead accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial processes
• Manage cash flow effectively, including vendor relations to ensure timely payments, verify the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable processes, and assess and validate customers for credit extension to ensure collectability
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to expand the business
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closings
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations and manage tax-related responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant finance and construction accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems
• Experience with Sage is a plus
• Adept at identifying and interpreting market trends

Compensation:

• Base salary to 100k/year
• PTO and benefits package
