Senior Account Manager – Polymers & Plastics– Base Salary to 130k/year – Houston, TX (Remote)
- Our client, a global leader in Polymer Trade & Distribution, is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team. Named one of the top 22 largest chemical distributors worldwide, our client is seeking a Plastics Resin & Polymer expert to help expand their footprint in the United States.
- In this role, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying new business & enhancing relationships with existing accounts in the Polymer & Plastics Resin space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement Business Development Plans
- Contact & Qualify New Sales Leads
- Develop Strong Sales Pipeline with New Business Opportunities
- Upsell New Products to Existing Clients
- Engage with Customers via Phone, Email, WebEx and In-Person
- Work Collaboratively with other Functions—Customer Service, Inside Sales, Supply Chain & Product Management
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Sales in Polymers, Plastics & Resins
- Ability to work under flexible times due to time zone differences
- Domestic Travel- 25%
- Ability to work Autonomously
Compensation: for this role includes a base salary in the 100k – 130k/year range, plus bonus & benefits.
