- Our client is an industry leading plastics & foam manufacturer serving the packaging industry. They are looking to add a Sales Manager to the team to oversee the current sales representatives in GA and FL. This person manages the Packaging Division sales team by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals as well as managing the current training program for all new and current sales reps.
- In this role, the Sales Manager will guide, develop, and communicate a common strategic direction for the team. The Sales Manager is responsible for creating strategies to obtain new customers and expand market penetration.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing sales team who represents custom Fabricated Flexible Foam and Protective Packaging solutions to Medical Supply companies, Manufacturers, and Prepared Food Companies
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage Sales Team
- Build and Maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Manage and Track teams weekly/monthly expenses, reports, itineraries, etc
- Act as lead point of contact for customers
Qualifications:
- 4-year Degree in Business Management/Marketing or related industry is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Outside Sales experience in protective packaging and/or flexible foam industry
- 2+ years of management experience overseeing multiple sales reps
- Sandler Selling background preferred, but not required
- Experience selling custom packaging solutions, industrial/protective packaging, fabricated shape molded, or related foam products
- Ability to travel (75%) within specific territory
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 80k/year PLUS profit sharing incentive. Our client also offers a car allowance, competitive benefits, and 401k with a company match.

I was born and raised in York, Pa. I completed my freshman year of college at Towson University. I soon realized Astronomy was not my thing, so I transferred back home to York College to pursue a career in Business. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. I chose AllSearch because it felt like home. What I do in my free time?
My dad and I brew beer! My dream one day is to open up a brewery with him. If I’m not doing that, I am either reading about conspiracy theories, spending money at Target, or playing with my dog—those are really my only hobbies.
Piece of advice I would give myself?
Always remember money can’t buy happiness; but it can buy you a boat, which would probably make you a little happy. Piece of advice number two: it’s the little things in life that make it worth wild.
What I typically eat for breakfast?
Cereal. There is no argument there here, Frosted Flakes are the best.
