Sales Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to $125k/year - San Jose, CA

• Our client, a fast-growing residential mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations of the San Jose, CA branch. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for an entrepreneurial, visionary leader to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire sales team, providing direction and assistance in the sales cycle to drive revenue growth.
• Responsible for converting leads to project closeout ensuring exceptional customer service
• Provide training and mentorship to the HVAC sales team
• Grow the sales team.

Qualifications:

• HVAC sales, with 5+ years of sales management experience
• The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 125k/year, along with a lucrative bonus structure that could add another 25k
• The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, and PTO
