Sales Engineer / Project Sales Representative - Commercial HVAC Service Provider - Base to $65k Plus Lucrative Commission Package. Indianapolis, Indiana

  • Our client, a national provider of Commercial HVAC service and maintenance, has an immediate need for an accomplished Sales Engineer / Project Sales Representative to be based out of the Indianapolis, IN area.
  • Our client has been in business for more than 20 years, and has an exceptional reputation in the industry.  They provide maintenance, repair, replacement, and new equipment installation services to clients in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.  The company is dedicated to the growth of their employees and their customer base.
  • In this role, Territory Sales Rep will be responsible for selling service, preventative maintenance, and installation agreements to clients in the greater Indianapolis area.  The Rep will meet with customers to provide pricing and proposal options, and collaborate with the Service Manager to develop accurate bid proposals.  It will be critical that the Rep maintain and grow the existing client base, while actively pursuing and landing new business.
  • Compensation will include a strong base salary up to $65k, plus a lucrative commission package taking total compensation over six figures.  The company offers medical/dental/vision/life insurance, an expense account, car allowance, 401k with company match, generous paid time off, and more.  Our client is an ESOP company, offering a great vesting schedule.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering Degree (BSME preferable), track record selling commercial HVAC service, commercial HVAC project management experience, or 3+ years of experience working with Commercial HVAC systems with strong desire to move into sales.
