Sales Director – Roofing Industry – Base Salary to 130k/year – Centennial, CO

  • Our client bolsters a deep rich history in the construction trades and boasts three generations of ties to the Colorado roofing industry. Although based in Centennial, just south of downtown Denver, they serve all of Colorado. With an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, our client understands that your home, investment property, or commercial building is one of your largest investments and needs to be properly maintained to help ensure its value. They don’t just want to install a new roof on your property; They want to become your long-term trusted consultant when it comes to your roof.
  • Our client is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead their sales efforts, developing innovative strategies to propel the company's growth. In this role, the Sales Director will have the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing sales team, while cultivating partnerships and driving expansion in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth in both the commercial and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Implement sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent performance across the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and future opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a sales leadership capacity
  • Must have experience in building sales teams in the roofing industry
  • Ability to cultivate relationships to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition

Compensation:

  • Base salary to 130k/year plus commission & team overrides
  • Vehicle allowance up to $1,500 per month
  • Medical Stipend
  • 401k with match
  • 3 weeks PTO
