Sales & Marketing Associate – Medical Grade Plastics – Base Salary to 90k/year – Los Angeles, CA
- Our client, a Plastic Film Manufacturer, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join their Sales team and help drive Marketing Strategies for their Healthcare product lines.
- In this role, the Sales & Marketing Associate will work closely with the President of NA Operations & the Global Marketing Manager to develop & achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Marketing Plans for the Local Markets
- Build & Enhance Client Relationships with Existing Accounts & Upsell New Products
- Coordinate & attend domestic conference & trade shows where the company is an exhibitor
- Evaluate brand performance
- Analyze business improvement plans, develop effective strategies, recommend changes
- Drive social media strategies & postings
- Collaborate with Global Marketing & Healthcare teams
- Responsible for marketing budget for local market and report monthly
- Identify new business opportunities to maximize profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Positions
- Experience with Healthcare Industry Preferred
- Social Media Marketing Experience
- Ability to travel up to 35%
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 90k/year. Our client also offers competitive health and life benefits & 401k. This position also offers an annual bonus & hybrid work schedule.
