- Our client, a Specialty Chemical Manufacturing company, is seeking a Safety Manager (internally titled Process Safety Engineer) for their Winston Salem, NC facility. Our client is an international industry leader and has been in business for over 100 years. They produce chemical products with applications across a variety of industries, and are well-regarded for their functional, high-performing, environmentally friendly products.
- In this role, the Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes, practices, and methodologies adhere to the company’s quality and safety standards. The Safety Manager will manage the company’s EHS programs and will provide oversight, monitoring, and reporting on the company’s operations related to environmental, health, and safety. The Safety Manager will also ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations among other tasks. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Process Safety Management.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in Chemical or Oil/Gas Manufacturing. They should possess, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and should possess extensive experience in Process Safety Management.
Compensation: Our client offers a salary up to 120k/year, along with competitive benefits and a 401k program. Relocation assistance may be considered.
