Roofing Technician - Commercial Roofing - Base Salary to 65k/year - Nashville, TN

• Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Technician to join their fast-growing, results-driven team. This is a hands-on role where the Roofing Technician will directly impact the accuracy of our clients' roofing estimates and the quality of service they provide to clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Use roofing expertise to measure roofs accurately and gather the data necessary for detailed, reliable estimates.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofs for storm damage, leaks, and general wear and tear, providing critical information for repair and replacement scopes.
• Build relationships with clients by answering their questions, scheduling inspections, and providing timely updates.
• Capture and upload clear, comprehensive photos of roof conditions into CRM and estimating software, ensuring a streamlined process for estimators.
• Work closely with estimators to ensure all collected data is accurate, detailed, and up to date for seamless project execution.
• Assist in determining the extent of repairs or replacements needed after roof inspections, contributing your expert opinion to the overall project scope.
• Maintain open, effective communication with clients, estimators, and fellow team members to ensure projects move efficiently from inspection to completion.
• Keep up with the latest in roofing industry standards and certifications to ensure our work stays top-notch (HAAG certification preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial roofing, with a track record of delivering quality inspections and assessments.
• Confidence in measuring roofs, recognizing storm damage, and documenting conditions accurately.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and estimating software is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
• HAAG certification is a bonus, but not required. If you're not certified, our client will support your growth.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 65k/year
• 401with matching, profit sharing, and performance-based bonuses.
