Road Project Manager - Civil Engineering - Base Salary to 50.00/hour - Merrillville, IN
- Our client is a civil engineering company that strives to provide the best results for civil engineering services to government and businesses within their community. Our client is known for open communication, honesty, professionalism, and teamwork. They are looking for a Road Project Manager who will be working with their Indiana Road team to develop state and locally funded projects throughout the State of Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing project scope, schedule, and budgets for new projects.
- Provide design directives and manage project tasks for Federal Aid, INDOT, and/or local projects from a project's notice to proceed through post letting services.
- Coordinate with other support departments and sub consultants for all project elements.
- Assist with developing Letters of Interest for local and state projects.
- Review and approve design calculations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of Road experience.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- Indiana PE license or the ability to obtain one within six months.
- Strong understanding of the INDOT-Federal aid design process.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 38.00 - 50.00/hour range
