Reliability Manager - Energy Efficiency - Base Salary to 130k/year - Lebanon, TN
- Our client, a manufacturer of residential and commercial water heaters and boilers is searching for a Reliability Manager to join their onsite team in Lebanon, TN.
- In this role, the Reliability Manager will provide reliability direction to team for a specific project or product. The Reliability Manager will manage all aspects of the reliability program from start to finish, so that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of all reliability related activities
- Coordinate creation of reliability test plans for commercial engineering projects
- Provide/supervise FMEA activity for commercial engineering projects
- Provide analysis of warranty data to engineering project teams
- Work with multiple departments to coordinate engineering support relative to field issues
- Develop and execute objectives for self and others
- Manage the project and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct performance reviews with direct reports and provide timely feedback and coaching
- Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures
- Effectively communicate technical material to internal business units
- Solid understanding of AOS processes and customers
- Identify projects of value to the company and establish the technical requirements of each project
- Establish objectives for timing. resources, and funding requirements for projects
- Managed budget and timeline to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular status meetings to keep team informed of changes or progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or Related Field
- 7+ years of relative work experience
- 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Analytical skills for reviewing costs and preparing budget reports
Compensation:
- Base salary to 130k/year
- Yearly bonus plan
- Benefits package
