Regional Sales Representative - Scaffolding - Base Salary to 100k/year - Chicago, IL
- Our 30+ year-old client in the rental scaffolding space and has earned the reputation as being one of the very top equipment scaffolding providers in the Americas! This company is looking to increase market share in the Chicago and Milwaukee territory. This company has increased revenue 9x in the past 5 years with this new leadership team!
- They are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Representative to join their team. This position will focus on renting/selling their scaffolding products to scaffolding companies.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell scaffolding products to scaffolding companies all throughout the Atlanta/TN/Birmingham territory
- Focus on managing and upselling current clients in the territory
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met
- Promote and upsell value-added services including 3D Modeling
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience renting/selling scaffolding, above-ground shoring, hoisting, rigging, etc.
- Experience significantly growing territory sales for multiple years
- Must reside close within the territory (Chicago or Milwaukee)
- Experience selling safety supplies/solutions is a plus
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k – 100k/year range, plus very lucrative commission!
