Regional Sales Representative - Building Product Manufacturer - up to $80k Base + Commission. Northeast Territory

Are you a motivated hunter looking for an opportunity to build your career and control your success? Our client, a growing exterior building product manufacturer, is looking for a motivated B2B sales professional to establish and grow the NE region into a major revenue-producing territory. You will have the opportunity to build this region and eventually grow a team of like-minded sales reps to lead.  You’ll take a strategic yet aggressive approach to generating new business and building out your customer base. In this remote position, you’ll treat this territory as “your own business” while still working with the support you’ll have from leadership and the corporate office.

Responsibilities: As a Regional Sales Representative, your job will be to call on remodeling companies and contractors through the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Identifying and relentlessly prospecting new clients is vital. You’ll be seen as the product expert and will train customers on the application and functionality of the products. You’ll also work collaboratively with your inside sales team in order to maximize interaction with clients.

Compensation: The compensation for the role is a strong base salary in the $60k - $80k range with a generous bonus/commission structure. You’ll have the ultimate say in the amount of money you make! There is also a full benefits package, laptop and cell phone are provided, and a choice of either a company vehicle or car allowance.

Requirements: You’re a self-starter with a hunting business-to-business sales background. This role will offer you a challenge but that’s motivating for you. You understand how to “teach” clients and control the sales process. You’re also very organized and excel at planning and executing those plans. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role and the ability to travel up to 75%.
