Regional Sales Manager - High Pressure Systems Manufacturer - Base to $80K, Commission, Benefits, etc.
- Our client, a stable and growing national manufacturer of high-pressure systems and components in the industrial equipment industry, has an immediate need for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for their clients and markets spread across the Eastern half of the US.
- In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will generate new business and manage the existing business. The person for this role will train directly under the Director of Sales learning to build relationships with current clients/distributorships and research trends, identify new opportunities for growth accompanied with targeting direct client relationships. This will create a fantastic opportunity to be introduced to all the key accounts, and to be set up for long term success in this position. A majority of this position will be business development/account management accompanied with strategic analysis. There will be new business hunting as well within this role.
- The territory will require a bit of travel however, with a remote-based office, there will be the autonomy to create a schedule to best serve the client base while meeting sales quotas.
Compensation in this position will include a starting base salary in the $75-$80K range along with a commission structure as well. The package will also include excellent benefits, travel and business expenses and more.
Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of successful specific sales experience, selling either pumps, air amplifiers, high pressure vales or fittings/tubing within the industrial equipment industry. A Bachelors Degree is preferred but will consider working experience in lieu of a degree. Candidate must be willing and able to travel as needed for business.
