Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Business Solutions - Team of 6 Reps - Base to $120k, 20% Bonus, Excellent Benefits

  • Our client, a leading national provider of workplace and logistics solutions to some of the largest companies in the world, has an immediate need for skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 6-12 Reps in the Pacific Northwest.  This person will be based out of Seattle and lead the team and sales territory down through Portland.

  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will directly lead a team of 6-12 outside commercial sales professionals in a defined territory.  Stepping in the role, you will take over a well-established team of around 6 Sales Reps, with plans to grow this team to closer to 12 Reps over the next couple of years.  The goal of this position is to have the team grow additional revenues through new client acquisition. 
  • As the overall leader of this team, as such you will interview, hire, train and develop your team.  Set goals, direct their performance, coach and mentor people.  Shadow your team in the field, helping them to close more sales.  Handle some key customers and resolve customer issues and problems that arise.  Reward and discipline your staff.  Travel around 50% of your time, to various branch locations as well as in the field with your team, in front of customers.

Compensation includes a strong base salary up to $120k plus a bonus program that will add at least 20% annually.  On top of this, the company provides an excellent benefits package that will include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD, STD, and additional benefits.

Requirements include at least 3 years of sales leadership experience, along with a background of documented sales success.  Must have managed an outside sales team of multiple hunter-style sales reps.  A Bachelors Degree is required.
