Regional Sales Manager – Refrigeration Controls – Base Salary to 130k/year – Lancaster, PA

  • Our client, a well-established yet still growing and evolving HVAC Refrigeration Controls company, is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a focus on Refrigeration to be based out of their Lancaster, PA location to manage their Northeast states territory.
  • Our client is known for offering high efficiency/ high tech control solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling for commercial and industrial applications.


  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, quotes and proposals based on customer needs and specifications
  • Work collaboratively with the client and internal teams for right fit solutions
  • Generate market attention/ promotions for company products/ services
  • Organize and attend targeted industry events
  • Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, contractors and partners in the market (Supermarkets, Big Box stores)
  • Research market information of assigned territory
  • Develop relationship networks to identify key areas of growth and expansion
  • Travel as needed within the regional states territory 50%


  • 5+ years Refrigeration industry focus
  • Technical degree/ certificate preferred
  • Strong technical skills & understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration applications
  • Good understanding of electronic controls and monitoring systems


  • Base salary in the 80k – 130k/year range
