Regional Sales Manager – Lighting and Wiring Devices – Base Salary to 105k/year – Charlotte, NC

  • Our client is a leading wiring device and lighting controls distributor. Serving the residential, commercial, and industrial markets, our client has numerous product lines and is growing at exponential rates.
  • With over 20 years of design and manufacturing experience, our client is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and build the East Coast territory. After penetrating the Western and Central markets, our client is expanding to add a Regional Sales Manager on the East coast to manage and grow current accounts in order to penetrate the entire market segment in the US.


  • Assisting in expansion of East Coast territory
  • Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs and assess current relationships
  • Responsible for continued support and overall growth of Sales Team
  • Develop relationships with distributors to build and expand territory
  • Provide coaching to sales professionals to develop cross-selling skills and business development strategies
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting sales quotas within the territory


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is ideal
  • Minimum of 7+ years related sales experience within the lighting and wiring industry
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Robust understanding of lighting and wiring market industry and trends
  • Must be data driven sales professional
  • Ability to track key metrics
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel within territory and to main HQ in San Diego, CA


  • Our client is offering a base salary up to 105k/year depending on experience. This role has a bonus incentive tied to it based on overall territory performance as well as individual leadership.

About Me:

I was born and raised in York, Pa. I completed my freshman year of college at Towson University. I soon realized Astronomy was not my thing, so I transferred back home to York College to pursue a career in Business. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. I chose AllSearch because it felt like home. Everyone was so welcoming, and the company culture was what I was looking for in a job! Outside of work I can be found playing with my French Bulldog, Sanford, or reading psychological thriller books!

What I do in my free time?

My dad and I brew beer! My dream one day is to open up a brewery with him. If I’m not doing that, I am either reading about conspiracy theories, spending money at Target, or playing with my dog—those are really my only hobbies.

Piece of advice I would give myself?

Always remember money can’t buy happiness; but it can buy you a boat, which would probably make you a little happy. Piece of advice number two: it’s the little things in life that make it worth wild.

What I typically eat for breakfast?

Cereal. There is no argument there here, Frosted Flakes are the best.
