Regional Sales Manager – HVAC Manufacturer – Base Salary to 100k/year – Houston, TX

  • Our client, is a fast-growing U.S based manufacturer of HVAC Valves and supplies. They are based in Dallas, NC and looking for a result oriented Regional Sales Manager who is responsible for executing and managing sales activities within a defined geographical territory to increase market share. This is a remote role and requires some overnight travel. The sales team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.  If you are an individual who thrives in this environment and can also work individually, in a remote capacity, please keep reading!
  • In this position, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.  The Territory Manager will also provide sales and technical training to rep and distributor personnel.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3+ years of proven sales success, selling a technical product or service.  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:  Our client is offering a base salary in the 80k – 100k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure, OTE 120k – 150k (or more) in the first year.  The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, Car Allowance, PTO and much more.
