Job Description
- Our client is a highly specialized provider of world-class power generation equipment sales, parts, rentals and services for commercial, institutional and government customers.
- They are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of branch parts, service and facility operations for branches in Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia), and Syracuse.
- Financial statement analysis with a focus on identifying monthly variances, expense overruns, targets, and goals, and helping with annual budget preparations.
- Providing information and responding to requests from corporate office departments such as Credit, HR / Payroll, and Accounting & Finance.
- Work closely with other branch department heads to resolve inter-departmental problems and achieve overall branch profitability
- Identify key existing customers and coordinate regular contact with them to service their needs and resolve any issues while looking for opportunities to sell more parts and labor.
- Identify new sales opportunities and coordinate customer contact to win their business.
- Involved in billing and/or job problems to quickly correct errors and resolve disputes.
- Monitor applications to ensure that the real time performance of repairs is being managed to meet customer expectations (estimates) regarding labor times.
- Share technical knowledge, service bulletins, new product releases and other printed and verbal information with the appropriate personnel inside the branch.
Qualifications:
- Power generation experience is required
- 5 years’ management experience (people, finances, complex projects)
- Commercial, Institutional, Government - Mission Critical Power Generation
- Candidates can reside in either Philadelphia or Pittsburgh for full consideration for this position
- Base salary in the 125k - 150k/year range
- Performance based bonus
