Property Manager - Regional Real Estate Company - Base Salary to 115k/year - New York, NY
- Our client, is a real estate organization that is approx. 90% residential with 10% mixed use commercial. The company has 40 properties located in New York City with a few in New Jersey and Florida as well. They are in the market for a Property Manager that will work with Assistant Property Managers and Supers throughout these properties to help maintain the book.
- The Property Manager is responsible for operations such as accounting, tenant relationships, maintenance repairs, snow removal and landscaping services etc. Understanding of IMD, Rent Control and Rent Stabilization is critical to success in this role. The Property Manager will not be stationary, there will be times that they will need to visit sites with tenants and company personnel/vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or experience equivalent
- 4+ years’ experience working in property management specifically in commercial building management
- Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software is a plus
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k – 115k/year range
- Full medical benefits, PTO and 401k
