Project Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company – Base Salary to 130k/year – Colorado Springs, CO
- Our client is a mechanical servicing company with 50+ years of experience serving the Colorado area. They are a leader in the industry, with internal growth opportunities. They are currently looking for a Project Sales Representative to join their team in Colorado Springs.
Responsibilities:
- Able to qualify prospects and/or opportunities within assigned accounts, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions to objections in a proficient, responsible and timely manner. Manages quotes to close sales. Surveys commercial HVAC systems, problem solves and makes recommendations; learns and applies the company pricing policy.
- Able to plan and effectively schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure productivity
- Effectively conducts sales presentations to influence customers to buy and can identify opportunities within existing customer bases
- Consistently generates sales revenue through a proven track record
- Understands the prospect’s organization and decision making process and can commit the prospect to a decision making timetable
- Answers questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner
- Identifies customer needs and can effectively address customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 130k/year plus uncapped commission (OTE 180k/year) and full benefits

What did you want to be when you grew up?
From the time I was a baby, I always had this tiny pink basketball in my hand and a smile on my face. When I started to grow out of that tiny pink ball, I upgraded to an actual basketball and I dribbled it every day to elementary school with that same smile on my face. So obviously, my dream was to be a WNBA player! Unfortunately, I wasn’t THAT good. I played in college and had the opportunity to coach at the collegiate level which ended up being an even bigger dream come true. I learned my true passion was for people and helping them reach their goals, which essentially lead me to this career in recruiting. Now, I don’t dribble my ball to work every day, but I do come to work with a SMILE every day!
