HVAC Project Sales Representative - Leading Commercial Mechanical Service Company - Base to $85k+ 100% covered medical insurance - Salt Lake City, UT

  • Our client, an extremely stable and fast-growing mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for an accomplished HVAC Project Sales Representative to be based out of the Salt Lake City, UT area. 
  • Our client has an exceptional reputation and is experiencing exponential growth and the opportunities within the company are endless.  The role of the Project Sales Rep will be responsible for selling and managing HVAC service repair, replacement and retrofit projects to continue growth within the Service Project business.  You will be selling to facility owners and managers in various commercial markets including hospitality, healthcare, commercial property management, local government and industrial.
  • In this role, the Project Sales Representative will be responsible for working with the Service Techs to grow relationships with existing customers, as well as seek out and qualify new prospects.  The Project Sales Representative will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers’ mechanical systems.  They will develop cost estimates and proposals, and make effective sales presentations to facility owners, building engineers, etc. 

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, along with 2+ years of sales success.  They should have strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional communication skills. 

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $65 - $85k+, along with an aggressive, uncapped incentive plan that will take total earnings north of $100,000 in year one.  Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with company match, 100% covered health insurance for individual or family, vehicle or vehicle allowance plus gas card, and generous PTO.
