- AllSearch, a 20-year-old Professional Search Firm headquartered Downtown York, PA, has an immediate opening for a Professional Recruiter to support their growing HVAC Division. - As a member of the AllSearch Recruiting Team, you will have access to a well-established client base to immediately begin working orders as you simultaneously build out your own base of business. Additionally, we have a dedicated sales rep who will help you as you build and grow your territory!

- As a member of the AllSearch Recruiting Team, you will support Mechanical Service firms, Service Providers, Manufacturers, and Distributors across the nation. You will provide recruiting services for positions in a variety of disciplines, including Service Sales, Technical Sales, Operations, Management, and Field Support. AllSearch Recruiters are supported with the very highest quality tools, world-class Marketing support, thorough Sales support, wide-ranging administrative support and endless training. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven recruiting success.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for building a career. We want you to be the CEO of your own desk, and OWN your success!
- A friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.
- BS or BA degree is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
- AllSearch offers a base salary in the 50k - 65k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package. Recruiters can easily make 80k - 100k in their 1st year in the business. 100k+ year two and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch earn 6 figures, while top performers earn 250k - 300k or more.
