- Our client is seeking two Production Painters to join their team in Gallatin, TN. The successful candidates will work to deliver the finest finish paint jobs on the industry's best truck bodies
- The Production Painter position requires experience in production painting within a manufacturing environment, knowledge of single-stage urethane paint, and proficiency in bodywork and prep. The focus will be on quality and detail to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Perform production painting of truck bodies, focusing on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Utilize different paint application systems such as gravity-feed paint guns, pressure-fed systems, and bedliner systems.
- Conduct bodywork and surface preparation, including sanding, priming, and prepping truck bodies for painting.
- Mix paint according to manufacturer guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate application.
- Perform wet sanding and buffing to create a polished finish.
- Maintain a clean workspace and equipment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Work efficiently in high-heat environments when required.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards, paying close attention to detail to create flawless finishes.
- Experience in production painting, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with single-stage urethane paint and various paint application techniques.
- Experience in bodywork and surface prep, including sanding and priming.
- Understanding of paint application systems like gravity-feed paint guns and pressure-fed systems.
- Ability to work in high-heat environments and maintain a clean workspace.
- Wet sanding and buffing experience preferred.
- Comfortable mixing paint according to manufacturer specifications.
- Base salary in the 26.00 - 30.00/hour range

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (includes an additional $2 per hour shift differential)
