Process Engineer – Plastic Manufacturing – Base Salary to 95k/year – Little Rock, AR
- Our client is an industry leading plastics injection molding manufacturer. Serving the home organization industry, this family-owned company is growing; with the expansion of a second location and addition of new machines, they are just at the beginning stages of growth.
- Our injection molding client is looking to add a Process Engineer to the team. The Process Engineer will assist in developing, maintaining, and improving all injection molding processes onsite. The Process Engineer will also take an active role in design for manufacturability and developing documents for trial results, new processes, and equipment verification.
Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D activities for new processes
- Identify automation and product improvement opportunities
- Ability to review current systems for quality issues and suggest process improvement
- Interpret processes and make necessary improvements for production equipment
- Propose cost reductions and ability to track expenses for new projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years as Process Engineer for Injection Molding manufacturing
- Plus for RJG or related scientific molding certification
- Hands on experience establishing process parameters, developing mold trials for new tooling, optimizing mold cycle times, design reviews, etc.
- Working knowledge of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and hot runner systems
- Superb technical skill set within the plastics industry
- Ability to program and set EOAT is plus
- Ability to lead and mentor technicians
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 95k/year

I was born and raised in York, Pa. I completed my freshman year of college at Towson University. I soon realized Astronomy was not my thing, so I transferred back home to York College to pursue a career in Business. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. I chose AllSearch because it felt like home. What I do in my free time?
My dad and I brew beer! My dream one day is to open up a brewery with him. If I’m not doing that, I am either reading about conspiracy theories, spending money at Target, or playing with my dog—those are really my only hobbies.
Piece of advice I would give myself?
Always remember money can’t buy happiness; but it can buy you a boat, which would probably make you a little happy. Piece of advice number two: it’s the little things in life that make it worth wild.
What I typically eat for breakfast?
Cereal. There is no argument there here, Frosted Flakes are the best.
