Printing Operator – Printing Services – Base Salary to 27.00/hour – Salt Lake City, UT

  • Our client is an industry leading medical and healthcare product manufacturer. Focusing in mainly the dental and oral subdivision serving clients nationwide. This company was also recently ranked by Forbes in the top 10 best manufacturing companies to work for. 
  • Our healthcare manufacturer is looking to add a Printing Operator (internally titled Color Offset Printing Operator) to the team to help expand the printing department. This client not only provides internal printing services, but external as well to gain an even larger market segment. The Printing Operator will be tasked to make plates and stage paper for the Heidelberg daily as well as mentor other Operators to maximize the team’s potential.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience running sheet-fed offset printing presses. Preferably experience with Heidelberg presses (company runs 40”x20.5” sheets)
  • Must have working knowledge of at least four colors: how to make plates and adjust as needed
  • Working knowledge of sheet-fed printers is preferred
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer experience

Compensation:

  • Base salary to 27.00/hour depending on experience

About Me:

I was born and raised in York, Pa. I completed my freshman year of college at Towson University. I soon realized Astronomy was not my thing, so I transferred back home to York College to pursue a career in Business. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. I chose AllSearch because it felt like home. What I do in my free time?

My dad and I brew beer! My dream one day is to open up a brewery with him. If I’m not doing that, I am either reading about conspiracy theories, spending money at Target, or playing with my dog—those are really my only hobbies.

Piece of advice I would give myself?

Always remember money can’t buy happiness; but it can buy you a boat, which would probably make you a little happy. Piece of advice number two: it’s the little things in life that make it worth wild.

What I typically eat for breakfast?

Cereal. There is no argument there here, Frosted Flakes are the best.
